wear a skirt... and a top that shows some skin but not too much (shows arms, shoulders and part of your neck but not cleavge)

and wear those dresses they make now that have sleeves with them and turtle neck.. war it with pumps..

aand wear your hair down.. wear a lipgloss.. add some cute earrings.

what i do is just wear a skirt, or jeans with a top that shows a little skin and wear heels and wear hair down. or in curly ponytail. i am the same height/weight as you too!!

true effortlessness... jeans, not tight, not super low rise, just Jeans! with a nice t-shirt. Nothing fancy nothing frilly... just a plain Hanes t-shirt, fitted.

Effortless sexy is an attitude, not an outfit! I dont try... at all! I usually dont wear makeup. I usually wear my hair in a sloppy pony tail. Im all about jeans, t-shirt, and some work boots. And i get told DAILY im sexy... cuz i have the attitude like i can conquer the world.

I'm a man, and I can tell you what would have that effect on me:

Snug but not too tight jeans, pullover sweater, and nice shoes (not necessarily high heels, flats are best). Given your eye, hair and skin color, I would suggest dark green for the sweater color, but black would be good too.
