i use big sexy hairspray and tease it a little

but it always seems to go flat agian.

You should try using Herbal Essences Body Envy Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hairspray. After you shower and hairspray, blow dry your hair upside down. Then, you should tease your hair the way you normally do. Or maybe you should tease it more if it keeps going flat. You should also hairspray it more and hairspray all of your hair after you're done.

Oh yeah. You can also try volumizing mousse. I suggest John Freida. It makes my hair stay big all day. :]
