I think your look is very "teen at the mall" and you look like a little kid. Do you want to look more sophisticated?

You should stop tanning. When you are older you are really going to regret it when you have premature wrinkling. Have you ever seen Donatella Versace pictures? She was a prune even in her 30's. Plus, you look orange which isn't pretty with your hair color.

I would focus on more natural colors. You have gorgeous hair so you need your face to be more subtle. Switch from the very light pink lipstick you are using now to a berry or nude color. Try a blush pink rouge just at the apples of your cheeks. Lastly don't draw such a hard line around your eyes because it's not pretty. Try a smokey brown eyeliner powder instead to be a little more subtle.

Clothing-wise, don't feel that everything has to be tight. If you have a tight shirt, wear a loose bottom. If you have a tight bottom, wear a loose shirt. It's all about visual balance. It will look more sophisticated.

thats how i want mine but mine is too thin to be curled like that

i would just leave it. it is a beautiful sexy look

but if you want to change it a little i would put it in a bun or ponytail or something like that =]
